These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EnforceCam application (the "App") and related services (the "Services") provided by NexusNova Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering or using EnforceCam, you agree to comply with these Terms.
By accessing or using the EnforceCam App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or conditions provided within the App. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
To use EnforceCam as a Civilian Enforcer, you must register by providing accurate personal information, including identification documents. All information provided must be truthful and up-to-date. We reserve the right to verify your identity and approve or deny access to the App based on the credibility standards required to become a Civilian Enforcer.

By submitting evidence through EnforceCam, you grant us and the relevant authorities the right to use, review, and process the evidence for law enforcement purposes. You agree that all evidence submitted becomes part of the official case file and may be used by law enforcement and government bodies for legal proceedings.
We reserve the right to determine the validity of the submitted evidence, and any submission that does not meet the required standards may be rejected.
Upon successful validation of evidence and confirmation of the traffic offense, you will be eligible for a reward based on the fines collected from the offending party. The distribution of rewards is as follows:
Rewards are issued automatically via the payment gateway integrated into the App. You must ensure that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct while using the App. We also reserve the right to report such violations to law enforcement or other authorities.
EnforceCam is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain a secure and reliable platform, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information and services provided by the App. You agree to use the App at your own risk.
We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from:
You agree to indemnify and hold NexusNova Technologies, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the EnforceCam App, including any violations of these Terms or third-party rights.
NexusNova Technologies through EnforceCam may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways (e.g., Flutterwave) to facilitate the reward system. You acknowledge that third-party terms and privacy policies will apply when using these services, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with EnforceCam are the intellectual property of NexusNova Technologies. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without our express permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes arising from the use of the EnforceCam app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the App, and continued use of EnforceCam after such modifications will be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.
